WARRANTY
Providing the ultimate in strength to weight ratio through IsoTruss technology. Delta 7 Sports LLC provides a lifetime warranty for each new Delta 7 Sports frame. Frames are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for the original owner.

The warranty applies solely to the original owner and must be assembled by an Authorized Dealer. The warranty is not transferable. The warranty registration must be completed by the owner and received by Delta 7 Sports. It's essential for us to receive the warranty registration for processing of any possible claims. Each warranty claim will be reviewed by Delta 7 Sports and subject to their discretion.

This warranty is void if the bicycle is modified in any way or if it is used for other than normal activities, including, but not limited to commercial use. Damage from an accident voids the warranty as well. In no event shall Delta 7 Sports be responsible for direct, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation , damages fore personal injuries, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence or product liability.
